Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured in India and assembled with love in California.
What is HapiAir made out of?
HapiAir is made of BPA free plastic with a medical-grade hepa filter to help block germs from passing through. There is currently a patent pending on this system.
How effective is HapiAir filter?
Lab tests using HapiAir have been conducted and show positive results in effectively being a safer way to blow out candles.
How do I care for my HapiAir?
HapiAir products are intended for single use only, discard after use. If purchasing a multi-pack store your unused product in a clean dry place.
Shipping and Returns
What shipping methods do you offer?
Currently Hapi Air is only being sold on Amazon in the US. We hope to add on other methods and regions in the near future.
How do I initiate a return?
If you need to return your product for any reason please initiate your return via Amazon.
